Scheduling Policies
- All schedules are via appointments.
- The appointments should be made 24 – 48 hours earlier before the class starts.
- Please confirm about 12 hours earlier or 5 hours the latest for rescheduling.
- The session will be deducted automatically, if the student has NO confirmation.
- If the teacher is unable to teach, then it would be the teacher’s responsibility to manage the schedule.
- All students are expected to be on the zoom punctually.
- If sessions are not utilized within 6 months, they will be considered expired, and classes cannot proceed. Should a student wish to resume classes after the 6-month period, a new payment will be required.
